We use Marchex to understand how people find us. To do this, the phone number shown on our website may be a tracking number that forwards to our real office line. When you call, Marchex records the number you dialled, the number you called from, the date and time, and the duration of the call. We use this to see which adverts and pages lead to phone enquiries.
Calls are not normally recorded. If we ever record a call (for example for training), we will tell you at the start of the call.
